Many linguists will say that “language and culture are inseparable”. So, if we want to learn a new language, we need to learn the associated culture. For the USA it would be important to look at holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and America’s Christian heritage. This is how we build bridges of understanding, respect, and meaningful relationships.
